Concernable is a secure whistleblowing and case management platform designed to help any type of organisation to address workplace misconduct and to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards. It provides a confidential way for individuals to raise concerns and facilitates the effective resolution of issues within an organisation.
Concernable ensures that anyone raising a concern can do so confidentially and securely. The referral form offers an anonymous route to raise concerns and free text fields where the organisation can add useful resources and information so that individuals feel safe and informed when coming forward.
Providing an internal route for individuals associated with an organisation to raise concerns has been proven to increase employee engagement and satisfaction, boost productivity, reduce staff turnover, improve organisational alignment and improve teamwork across organisations.
In addition to this, Whistleblowing legislation including the EU Whistleblowing Directive now mandates that any organisation with over 50 employees must provide an internal reporting channel if they operate within the EU. Concernable ensures that organisations remain compliant with all their legal obligations.
Yes, Concernable is designed to meet legal requirements, including GDPR, the EU Whistleblowing Directive, and other regional regulations. It ensures data protection and secure handling of reports, giving both whistleblowers and organisations peace of mind.
Concernable is designed for employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders within an organisation. It ensures everyone connected to the organisation has a secure and trusted way to report concerns or misconduct.
Concernable is a completely user definable solution, meaning that organisations can add different options to meet their specific requirements. Common categories used include Financial and Compliance Issues, Workplace Conduct and Culture, Health and Safety, Environmental, Data Protection, Information Security, Operational Integrity and Mismanagement.
Concernable uses advanced encryption technology to secure all data and communications. Users can choose to submit reports anonymously or provide identifying information, depending on their preference. Additionally, access to reports is restricted to authorised personnel within the organisation.
There are four main areas where concernable stands out;
Unlimited Users, Concernable is priced on organisation size, rather than the number of users who have access. Meaning that cases and tasks can be securely delegated to individuals throughout the organisation, saving compliance officers time when communicating and following up with colleagues.
Unlimited Training, A Concernable licence comes with unlimited free training via Microsoft Teams. As new features are added to the solution, or due to staff turnover, your organisation can book in training slots at short notice with an experienced trainer.
Best in Class Case Management, Concernable isn’t just a referral form, it is backed up by a market leading case management solution that is already being used by over 100 public sector organisations in the UK alone. This allows organisations to manage concerns in an efficient, uniform way.
Completely Customisable, Concernable is an entirely user definable solution. We will build your database for you, but you get to decide exactly what fields, drop down options and layouts get put into the solution. Meaning that you have a bespoke solution that fits your organisation perfectly.
After a concern is submitted, it is securely logged in the platform and assigned to the relevant team for review. The person who raises the concern, and the team who receive the concern are both notified via email. A user will then access Concernable, review the concern and allocate it to an individual to progress the case. There is two way communication at every stage, meaning that the person who raises the concern can be kept informed about the progress that has been made.
