Raising the concern

Our comprehensive suite of features ensures a secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience for raising and managing concerns.

  • People can use our referral forms to raise concerns, including options to raise them anonymously or confidentially.
  • These referral forms allow individuals to upload documentation.
  • There is the ability for 2-way ‘chat’ communication via the referral forms webpage, which allows the investigator or case manager to request additional information/documentation or provide feedback.
Refrral
  • Alerts can be sent to the case owner and the person who raised the concern via email when there are updates to the case or new messages.

  • The forms and chat have full translation capabilities, allowing the person who raised the concern to communicate in their native tongue.

  • Our referral forms allow for optional equality monitoring information to be submitted by the referrer. Where this individual is anonymous, this information is hidden but can be used for reporting purposes.

  • The solution also allows individuals to automatically create referrals when emails are received.

  • Users can also manually add referrals and assign different referral sources, such as face to face, or over the telephone.

Progressing the Case.

Once the concern has been raised, the solution consists of an extensive case management system, we have found that this is what truly sets our solution apart from the competition.

  • Assign referrals/cases to users with case managers having oversight.

  • Risk score and assess referrals.

  • Add tasks to cases, assign to individuals and set ‘due by’ dates.

  • Add notes to cases to keep an updated timeline as the case progresses.

  • Upload attachments or link directly to cloud-based file storage such as sharepoint.
  • Ensure compliance by setting up workflows which ensure that certain tasks and events are triggered as the case progresses.
  • Assign case security and restrict cases to certain individuals/organisations.
  • The solution is user definable, meaning that each customer record any information they would like, such as priority, case type, organisation, country, risk level etc.
